Fran Smith Jr.

Bass guitarist and vocalist from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. He has enjoyed a successful career in the music industry for over thirty years. Best known as the bassist for the Philadelphia-based rock group, The Hooters, Smith has also maintained a career as a recording artist in his own right as well as a producer for other artists.
